Delivery

Fragrancesbymagold delivers across Nigeria. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Lagos (within city): 1-3 business days

Other states within Nigeria: 3-8 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by you.

We will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to the recipient being unavailable at the provided shipping address, incorrect address details supplied by the customer, or refusal to accept delivery. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

Fragrancesbymagold does not issue refunds except under the following specific circumstances:

The wrong item was delivered

The item arrived visibly damaged

The ordered item is out of stock and cannot be sourced

Due to the nature of fragrance products (hygiene and safety), we generally accept returns only for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return or report an issue, contact us at info@fragrancesbymagold.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect).

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing info@fragrancesbymagold.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We reserve the right to assess the claim and determine eligibility. Where approved, Fragrancesbymagold will cover return shipping costs.

If an item was purchased during sales, you can only get a refund of the exact amount you paid, nothing more or less.

The following are explicitly non-refundable and non-returnable:

Reserved or stockpiled perfumes (non-transferable and non-exchangeable)

Orders with failed delivery due to the recipient's unavailability or incorrect address
